Great, another asswipe with a blog. As this is for my own sense of worth I will proceed. What I intend to capture here is my boring biking tales and how I am doing on my rebuild projects. Oh please do not let me sign in a year from now and be no further than I am right now. For starters todays' blog is brought to you by Air - Talkie Walkie
Today, being Saturday November 21.
Todays ride:
Today found me riding with my Bike Club, the Valley Spokesman.
Todays route was starting in Nicasio, CA to the Pt. Reyes Lighthouse and Back
Well, it was really 62 miles. The day was clear and nice, but man was it windy out there. Oh and I was frozen on the return trip. I may toss in a photo or two of this.
Last week I picked up a Motobecane Grand Record, at least it seems to be this bike. I looked through all the online catalogs I could find and could not find this specific bike configuration. Anyway the bike was too big, but fun. So I went in search of a smaller frame...
I found this on Craigs List, and it is now in my garage.
It is a Grand Jublie frame in great condition. I am calling this Project One; a simple transfer of all components from the large Grand Record to the smaller Grand Jubile.
I also picked up this Japanese frame, a Cherubim Echelon.
This frame came with everything but the wheels...
